Mike leads the company’s marketing and ecommerce activities, working closely with customers to understand and respond to their needs. He is passionate about learning, always trying new things and encouraging his team to develop new skills. Mike can be found experimenting with innovations in technology and business to discover creative solutions to current challenges in professional education.
Mike brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing, ecommerce, user experience, and product development teams. Prior to OnCourse Learning, he served in leadership roles at Follett School Solutions, VTech Electronics, Medline Industries, Orbitz, and Overstock.com. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Missouri.

- I coach my daughter’s U6 soccer team – at this age, it’s still all about fun; skill is a nice-to-have.
- I enjoy biking…from mountain trails in Japan and Utah to riding across Iowa with my boys.
- I love Japanese food, except sushi. Yes, there’s a lot more to Japanese cuisine than sushi.
- I still play basketball each week, but I’m now easily dominated by my two sons.

She earned her Bachelor of Science, in Political Science from the University of West Georgia.

- My son is the center of my Universe, he challenges me to be a better person. Watching him grow, and learn to take on the world is my biggest accomplishment.
- I’m a huge Country Music fan. My Dad got me hooked on classic country when I was a young girl, and my love for country music has continued to grow.
- I have a passion for travel and love exploring the world-specifically the United States. I feel like we live in the most beautiful and diverse country in the world. I have had the pleasure of visiting all 49 states. Alaska is still on my list!!!
Sara Glassmeyer

For nearly two decades, Sara Glassmeyer has overseen development of more than 350 print products and 200 online courses. Being an avid believer of lifelong learning, she has always worked in educational content creation, mostly for regulated industries. Her favorite part remains working with authors to bring great products to market. Sara is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association and the American Real Estate Society. She also serves on the Georgia Education Advisory Committee. She is the proud mother of 3 children and the wife of a home inspector.

Kathy Chabez

Leading teams for over 25+ years in cross-functional areas having the customer at the forefront in parallel with supporting stakeholders. Very passionate about education and finding ways to enhance the learning experience for the customer coupled with mentoring groups with different skillsets to enhance their own toolkit of knowledge. Having a medical and program management background has allowed me to utilize my skillset in the education arena, assisting with finding solutions in complicated situations.

- I use to drive mini race cars and assisted one of the car owners in his family’s race pit at the Indy 500.
- I’m fluent in 5 languages and try to keep it all straight when speaking.
- I play piano and also write music. One of the music pieces I’ve written was used in a realtor’s marketing ad for one of their homes.
Rachel Okura

Rachel is the Director of Stringham Schools. She attended Stringham as a student in 2013 to obtain her real estate license and has been an active real estate agent since. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 from Brigham Young University. She then received her Juris Doctorate in 2017 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, and practiced law as a full-time attorney for a year before joining Stringham Schools and OnCourse Learning.

- I was born and raised in Hawaii, and spent my childhood exploring the rivers and sugar cane fields.
- I speak Spanish fluently and speak it to my 3 sons.
- My favorite things to do include traveling, reading, dancing, and eating (preferably all at the same time).
Nichol Andler

Nichol leads OnCourse Learning Real Estate’s compliance team and oversees regulatory-related activity for the company, products, and clients. For the past 8 years, Nichol has held compliance-driven positions within the banking, healthcare education, and real estate education industries. Nichol is passionate about compliance, focusing on driving company initiatives within the framework of legislation. She encourages her team to be innovative within a demanding industry. Nichol holds a Master of Business Administration from Carroll University and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
