Having obtained his own real estate license in 2003 from Stringham, Brian had a successful career as a real estate agent. He returned to Stringham in 2007 and earned his Broker’s license. In 2010, he allowed his license to expire and left Utah for law school in Cleveland, Ohio. After law school he returned to Utah and opened his own law office in 2014 where he successfully litigated cases involving real estate agents and contract issues. Brian started as the Director of Stringham Schools, eventually becoming the president. Stringham Schools was acquired by OnCourse Learning in 2017 and Brian became the president and CEO of OnCourse Learning Real Estate in early 2019.

Mike leads the company’s marketing and ecommerce activities, working closely with customers to understand and respond to their needs. He is passionate about learning, always trying new things and encouraging his team to develop new skills. Mike can be found experimenting with innovations in technology and business to discover creative solutions to current challenges in professional education.
Mike brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing, ecommerce, user experience, and product development teams. Prior to OnCourse Learning, he served in leadership roles at Follett School Solutions, VTech Electronics, Medline Industries, Orbitz, and Overstock.com. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Missouri.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 from Brigham Young University. She then received her Juris Doctorate in 2017 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, and practiced law as a full-time attorney for a year before joining Stringham Schools and OnCourse Learning.

Nichol is passionate about compliance, focusing on driving company initiatives within the framework of legislation. She encourages her team to be innovative within a demanding industry. Nichol holds a Master of Business Administration from Carroll University and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
